Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the Superproxy platform, including our AI-powered CRM, automation features, and related services. By using the service, you agree to these Terms.

Use the platform responsibly and in compliance with applicable laws.
Your data remains yours; you grant us permission to process it to provide the service.
Subscriptions renew per your plan unless canceled before renewal.
We may update the service to improve performance, security, and features.

Accounts and Access

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate account information and keep it up to date.

Acceptable Use

  • Do not misuse the platform or attempt to access it in unauthorized ways.
  • Do not upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.
  • Do not interfere with platform security or performance.

Subscriptions and Billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You can cancel at any time, and your plan will remain active until the end of the current billing period. Taxes may apply based on your location.

Your Content

You retain ownership of your data. You grant Superproxy a limited license to host, process, and display your content solely to provide and improve the service.

Service Changes

We may modify or discontinue parts of the service to improve functionality, security, or compliance. We will provide reasonable notice for material changes when possible.

Warranty Disclaimer

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Superproxy will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Termination

You may cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or use the service in a way that creates risk for us or other users.
